Richard has a good friendly character and was honest, reliable and communicated well throughout the job. He is a perfectionist at what he does and will choose this over the time on the job. Originally I asked Richard to lay a porcelain patio on one tier of my garden and was so impressed with his workmanship I asked him to relay 2 other tiers that I previously tried to do myself which he did to the highest of standards. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work and was always happy to share ideas and suggestions.
