Elliott and the team completed my garden patio project to an excellent standard with clear attention to detail. Delivered to a professional high standard with over 25 years experience. We are a trusted small business based in North Essex/Suffolk. We do all types of fencing, ie: post and rail, agricultural, security, and domestic. We also do: tree surgery, reducing crown, pollarding, reshaping and taking out. Paving, patios, garden paths, concreting, ponds and water features, dog and chicken runs.
David and his team were friendly, polite, and hardworking. Initially, we were happy with their attitude, but several issues have left us disappointed. The drain isn't straight, the porcelain slabs are misaligned with uneven spacing, and some corners are low, causing water to pool. Stepping stones were laid directly onto mud with no proper base, making them unstable and messy when it rains. David did return once to improve things slightly, but the problems persist. I've since contacted him multiple times with photos and videos, but received no response. Unfortunately, I now need to hire another builder to fix the work, which means extra time and cost. In hindsight, I should have gone with a patio specialist.
