Before the job: good contact, prompt responses and quote provided in timely manner. All tasks were done, one bamboo had root barrier installed, the other one was removed and part of it replanted in new place with root barrier. During the job: area was kept clean and all waste was prepared for packing and removal. After the job: all waste removed and I finally could see part of patio which was full of garden waste for some time.
