Would not recommend this person. Was grumpy and disrespectful during communications to begin with. Laid floor incorrectly which resulted in the flooring lifting up and cracking as it expanded, and also left gaps where damp could get in. Have asked repeatedly for him to come and look at it and fix it, been fobbed off, ignored and after waiting for months in hope that he would come and do it, have now had to pay someone else to come and fix it. Would not recommend.

He's been professional, upfront and transparent throughout. He was on time, completed the job and took his mess away. He also went above and beyond in going out to get new brackets for some doors I asked to be fitted so they'd have a better finish. Am booking him in to complete the rest of my floors. Finding someone trustworthy is half the battle and Dean is certainly that. Thank you.
The job could not of gone better sam is very tidy he as an eye for detail very friendly great time keeping very respectful to property I would give him 10 stars thank you so much
Delighted with the work done by Jordan and his team. It was a pleasure having them around, nothing was too much trouble and all the work has been completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I would recommend JB Carpentry and will certainly use them again in the future. We have already agreed on another job later this year.
