I booked this company for a standard boiler service. After paying £60, I was only informed afterwards that the casing clips were broken — something that was never mentioned during the visit. One clip apparently broke during the service, but I wasn’t given any option to address it at the time. Instead, I was later quoted £55 just to return and fit a £12 part, which I felt was excessive and could have been avoided with better communication. Good service should involve clear, upfront information — not surprises after payment. This experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t use this company again. Post reply: I never requested free work — I expected transparency during the visit, not afterwards. One hinge was confirme broken during the service, yet this was not explained until after payment. We later found they had left two screwdrivers behind, raising concerns about their professionalism and attention to detail.
