M and M Rubber Roofing undertake the replacement of flat roofs whether they be in felt, asphalt or even asbestos. Our system is a cost effective alternative to traditional flat roofing systems. We work with many builders in covering new build roofs with EPDM rubber membrane, typically this is a 1 piece system which comes with a 20 year guarantee although the membrane does have a proven 50 year life expectancy.
