Jake and the team have been absolutely fantastic. I cannot praise them enough. They have been turning up daily on time, working hard throughout the day and did a fantastic job at the end of the process. They have also been flexible to accommodate new requests as the project progressed. Though we have used existing flags the way they repositioned them on the patio made them look like brand new. Thanks a lot Jake, Sean and the whole team!

Florian and his team did excellent job on outside painting for my entire property. Also they did a very good job of painting work inside the property and other small jobs like fixing wooden fence, door repair etc., Best part is they are on time and finish the job on time and leave the place very neat and clean.

Dan and his team came highly recommended from a friend so we used them to build our two new offices and a customer reception area inside our workshop. We just gave them a rough brief of what we needed and left them to it. They’ve done an absolutely fantastic job. All the work was completed around when we had people visiting us etc. The offices and reception were finished sooner than first expected and we even got a bespoke window of our logo looking out into the workshop. Would definitely recommend and will use again in future. Cheers guys!

This review isn't solely based on full re-roof as I offered more jobs to refurbish inside the property. This job was up to over £10k and jobs completed by KD construction was over £6k Pro's - Kev & Leon are friendly - Did some favours like planning & fitting an extra doors. - Competitive quote - Good roofing work Con's - Poor communication: Texted to inform not coming the morning they agreed to turn up several times. - Poor Management: Fairly difficult to manage jobs by stages as they wanted to stick to their work pattern. Not keen with changes, which is inevitable in every refurb. - Finishing not high standard- plastered wall some rough edges, stud wall built wasn't straight. - Cleanliness- didn't clean up each day after work. - Payment- asked for wages, which I regret paying as I should have paid for materials and paid the wage on job completion as agreed. This reduced their motivation for the job. Also didn't make sure I made the final payment after skip left, as some rubbish weren't taken and I had to pay for it. Left me out of pocket. In a null shell and to reiterate, Roofing jobs and small timescales work will be best fit as they completed the work to acceptable standard. anyone who isn't bothered about the Con's they will be great for you. For me even if am getting a fair price I won't compromise on standard.

I have had radiators removed today. Within one hour of my quote which was extremely reasonable I accepted and radiators were removed. Ezmi was very polite and courteous as was his helpers. I would highly recommend there service to anyone wanting work carried out. IThank you for being so prompt.

Fencing contractor offering Feather Edge and Heavy Duty Board fencing. I use Larch Posts or Multi Hole Concrete Posts with Steel Fixings. I charge approximately £130 per meter (discounts on fences larger than 10m) and offer a 10 year warranty. Additional extras include Capping for Fences, Post Savers (bitumen wraps for posts) and two way key lock gates. Greg did an absolutely fantastic job with my fencing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. The quality of the fencing is excellent—sturdy, precise, and finished to a really high standard. He communicated clearly throughout the process, turned up when he said he would, and left everything tidy once the job was done. Very good communication throughout the quotation and hiring process, and arranging for the work to be completed. The team were efficient, neat and tidy and left our bathroom looking ten times better than it was to begin with. They also advised us about other jobs in the house we were looking to complete at some stage too. Great job, guys!
