Installation on new boiler into loft. Mihai is extremely punctual and a good communicator, I'm building an extension and he explained the regulations and advised on best location. I would highly recommend as he has attention to detail and an honest hard work ethic. From the outset he was clear about pricing for the job, so there where no nasty surprises at the end. Everything went to plan and on time 🙂 I will recommend to my friends and family.

Where do I start! From start to finish Joel's professionalism shone throughout the job. The initial drawings were absolutely spot on based solely off a rough idea of what I wanted. You can tell that every single detail of this job was carefully thought out and an extreme amount of love, care and passion went into the craftsmanship. I cannot recommend Joel enough, he was a delight to work with and I will be calling on his talents again in the future. I now have a beautifully hand crafted walk-in wardrobe and dressing room. Thank you so so so much. HIRE THIS MAN YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. He's also extremely good with dogs.. my dogs were sad to see him go as were my husband and I.

Excellent in every aspect. Came to look at the job & gave us a quote on a Sunday which was very helpful, he arrived bang on time every day, was professional, polite, friendly & most importantly when having a stranger in your home, trustworthy. He always kept us up to date with how everything was going. He’s a down to earth, decent guy who knows what he’s talking about, also he was super clean & tidy & the job was completed in the time scale he gave us, even given the difficult times just before the virus lockdown! He made an even better finish to the job than we we’re expecting, rather than just fitting the sliding doors in the space available, he opened up the opening wider left to right as well as making it higher which made the doors fit 100% perfectly. We would most definitely recommend Keith & we will definitely be using him again in the future for more work such as replacing our front door, door frame, fitting some internal doors & replacing some damaged windows & having the all important cat flap fitted! All in all, 10 out of 10!!

SRP is a team of highly skilled builders who worked closely with us to accommodate our ideas and changes to the finished product. Everyone was polite and good fun and I felt very confident in their knowledge and skills. They worked hard to get the extension done in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend this building company . The were well organised efficient and highly skilled. Scot kept me informed about who was coming and what was being done on a weekly basis. We had numerous meetings to discuss the plans and progress. They have made a beautiful large extension to our property which has oak beams bifold doors a high open ceiling velux windows and underfloor heating. The team were always considerate to our neighbours with letting them know about deliveries which may inconvenience them and considerately parked their vehicles and moved them when needed. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to produce such a great living space for our family and for your expertise and good humour! We are delighted with our new extension.

Aaron was responsible for a sizable patio and driveway extension .The patio was laid to Indian sandstone and necessitated significant landscaping and levelling on a slopping, uneven site. The driveway, again on a slopping surface laid to pea shingle, was 95Msq. We would recommend Aaron without reservation. The work was completed to specification, schedule and budget efficiently and undramatically. Aaron consulted with us on all issues and questions that arose during construction which were professionally and seedily resolved. Personable, polite and proactive , Aaron succeeded in making ours a very enjoyable client experience with an outcome that exceeded expectation.

My house has a few quirks which never make building work straightforward but I'm very pleased with the finished bathroom, all the different tradesmen worked hard and did a good job. The price was also reasonable for the amount of work needed. I'm very happy with all the renovations and all the little touches which make a difference to the end result so I'd be happy to recommend them

I have been very pleased and impressed with Shane’s workmanship. Shane was very skilled and a tidy worker. He was knowledgeable and managed to do an excellent job in excavating the wall and floor so that the existing protruding copper pipes in my old kitchen were hidden and no longer sitting proud of the wall. He relocated the mains water pipe in the old kitchen, got rid of the old boxing and replaced plastic pipes with copper pipes. He also reconnected and hid the pipe work for the out side tap in the wall. He filled in all the holes and channels he had excavated to a high standard ready for the room to be plastered and made into a new sitting room. I would highly recommend this young man. He explained everything that he needed to do and informed me about the materials that would be needed and their cost. His quote was very competitive and realistic for quite a tricky job and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. He also recommended an electrician colleague who was able to disconnect the old kitchen electrical cables and make them safe. Thank you so much Shane for a job well done and your good communication and commitment to getting it right. I will definitely see you again and recommend your skills and knowledge to friends and family and other customers on this website
