NRCR LIMITED ROOFING CONTRACTORS 10-YEAR WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE Established with 12 + years of roofing experience NRCR LIMITED (“the Company”) is committed to providing professional roofing services and high-quality workmanship. Subject to the terms and conditions below, the Company provides a 10-year workmanship guarantee on eligible roofing works carried out by NRCR LIMITED. 1. Guarantee Period The workmanship guarantee is valid for 10 years from the date of practical completion of the relevant roofing works, unless a different period is expressly stated in writing on the quotation or invoice. 2. What Is Covered This guarantee covers defects that are reasonably determined to have resulted directly from defective workmanship by NRCR LIMITED in connection with the specific works described in the quotation or invoice. Where a valid claim is accepted, NRCR LIMITED will, at its reasonable discretion, repair or rectify the affected workmanship within a reasonable period. 3. Materials This guarantee applies to workmanship only. Materials and products supplied or installed as part of the works may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions and exclusions. 4. Exclusions The guarantee does not cover damage, defects or deterioration resulting from: Storms, extreme weather, flooding, fire or other events beyond the Company's reasonable control. Accidental, malicious or third-party damage. Structural movement, subsidence or failure of the underlying structure. Existing defects in the roof, building or materials that were not caused by NRCR LIMITED. Alterations, repairs or interference carried out by another contractor or third party. Failure to maintain the roof or building appropriately. Normal wear and tear or deterioration of materials. Misuse, negligence or accidental damage. Condensation, ventilation or insulation problems that are not caused by the Company's workmanship. Defects in materials supplied by the customer. Any work specifically excluded from the quotation or invoice. 5. Guarantee Claims The customer must notify NRCR LIMITED in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of an alleged defect covered by this guarantee. NRCR LIMITED must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged defect before any remedial work is undertaken. The customer should not instruct another contractor to carry out remedial work relating to a potential guarantee claim without first notifying NRCR LIMITED and providing the Company with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further damage. 6. Scope of Guarantee This guarantee applies only to the specific works carried out by NRCR LIMITED and identified on the relevant quotation or invoice. It does not constitute a guarantee of the entire roof, building structure or any existing works that were not undertaken by NRCR LIMITED. 7. Transfer Unless otherwise agreed by NRCR LIMITED in writing, this workmanship guarantee applies to the original customer and is not automatically transferable to a subsequent owner or occupier of the property. 8. Statutory Rights Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any statutory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable UK law. Where applicable law provides the customer with rights or remedies that are additional to, or greater than, those stated in this guarantee, those rights remain unaffected. 9. Acceptance Acceptance of the quotation and/or commencement of the works confirms the customer's agreement to these guarantee terms, together with any specific terms stated on the quotation or invoice.

My business partner Steve and i undertake any masonary using a variety of stone for example Cotswold stone, we also do standard brick work, repointing, we can complete the masonry for an extension from the ground up using detailed drawings provided by the architect to name a few of our skills.
