  Difficulty in sourcing the correct very high gloss paint spraying approach needed on panels but Stuart kept seeking a solution from various companies who offer oil not water based respray work, but it took until May 2025 to deliver and complete our job. Staying patient was hard and frustrating but proved worthwhile as the outcome resulted in a great match of the unit now housing oven and microwave to our other existing kitchen units. A sense of relief and lessons learned felt by all of us! Overall Stuart’s approach to his work is of a high standard.

  Qualitec Constuction, that is Roger Paget and his team, professional and as their name implies with quality, completed my recent project. I, without hesitation, thoroughly recommend Qualitec to anyone looking for any private householder project through to small commercial. Before listing the attributes of what is possible, I describe the protect(s) completed for me. I first used Roger in 2007, when I and my business partner required 2 brand new houses built for our then Development business. The detail that went into the build and the finish was superb. More recently (late 2017), Roger built me a garden office, double glazed and fully insulated. Roger's building attributes:- - Project planning from obtaining Building Regs. approval to warranty at end; - Start on site, land clearance and site hoarding; - Foundation and floor slab, plus drainage and connecting to services; - Blocks or bricks to damproof course; - Walls, doors and windows to wall plate for the roof; - First fixing for all the services; - Traditional cut or trussed rafter roof and covering; - Drylining, plasterboading and plastering; - 2nd fixing for all services; - Landscaping; - Preparation for occupancy with cleaning of the building, skips etc; - Handover to client and two years Qualitec warranty, plus eight years NHBC.
