  Too bad! He look the contract for garden and driveway and got a lot of work from our references in our neighbourhood. But his work has started wearing of after 3 months now. He had done the roof installation for our shed but when it rained water flooded in and inspide of repeated calls and false promises he never turned back and ran away. His carpenter was rubbish and according to Larry he had been doing his job for 30 years but his work is rubbish he spoiled our windows big time. A fortune wasted when the work goes in wrong hands. I wish I could have uploaded the pictures, I have all the evidence for that. His dads temperament is so stressful and the way he comes and shouting at you when he himself has done wrong, it's a nightmare. Ours was a big job and costed about 21k just to get the outside sorted. I would still say that Larry is a hard working guy and polite too but he should noy take up the work which he doesn't specialises. It was a lot of money and he left all in a mess and ran away. We had so much stress getting the work sorted by another builder and paid for the same work twice.

  Lawrence was amazing! He was prompt, friendly and polite, and incredibly efficient throughout the project. The project was very reasonably priced and he does excellent work with great attention to detail. He was also very good at making sure to work around our furniture, plants and decorations and leaving the place tidy once complete. In addition, Lawrence was extremely helpful in sorting out a few other projects outside of the one he was originally hired for and offering advice on other items, which we are incredibly grateful for. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I know I'll be going directly to him for future projects!

  1 word. Avoid. One of the worst tradesmen I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Work extremely shoddy, did not tidy up after himself. Genuinely no words to describe his work. Poor carpentry - honestly should stay far away from carpentry work, needs to know his limitations. Hung 2 doors on the wrong way so that the light switch is now behind the doors, paid him for materials and one of the doors is completely different to the others, poor workmanship, no attention to detail. Did not paint the skirting in the kitchen, painted bifolds without properly filing down now that doesn’t close. Did not replace the handle on the bifold door. Just so poor overall. If you want work to be done, just don’t go with this guy. So totally disappointed, messaged him several times and called him but he’s just blocked my number. Even took a radiator off and didn’t put it back. I could go on, as there was too much wrong.

  I cannot give George enough good feedback!! He was simply fantastic to deal with from the first message on the site to getting the job completed. He was quick to respond and completed the job to a quality level that I could not have imagined. There was so much attention to detail and thoroughness to his work - I was totally taken aback. He worked quickly, meticulously and maintained the high level of quality throughout the job at my flat and worked tirelessly to get the job completed in good time for me so I could settle into my home. I am really grateful to George and would recommend him to anyone looking for high level of work! I am a hugely satisfied customer!!!
