  Our shower wasn’t working and we were struggling to find a plumber with any availability. Ben responded immediately and suggested that he come and have a look before we order the parts that we assumed had stopped working. Ben came to have a look and realised that the issue was quite simply fixed, saving us a lot of money in the process. Ben’s communication throughout was excellent and he was prompt, polite and friendly. More importantly he fixed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving at our home. We would highly recommend Ben to anyone requiring any plumbing work.

  They have done an appalling job. I have list £1100 and am having to pay a professional to rectify the whole job. He has had to take all the tiles off and start again. I am now in contact with citizens advice to try and re claim my funds. DO NOT USE !!!!

  Came and estimated and carried the work out the following week to a high standard. Was polite at all times and protected carpet etc where needed. Also as someone on their own and female, I felt safe and confident the work would be carried out. Kept up to date via text or phone at all times. Would most certainly recommend to anyone who needs work doing. Very Happy Customer.

  What is there to be said other than I wish I'd gone with someone else! After almost 9 weeks of extremely poor communication, regularly turning up late or in several instances not at all and then not bothering to come back at all without offering any explanation, my bathroom is still not finished and my downstairs cloakroom is just an empty room still in need of tiling and the suite installing. When he did turn up he would regularly leave after a couple of hours with an excuse of having to fetch something or other and then not returning The work he did do was generally of average quality with not much clearing up of the workspace afterwards, he did not have much in way protection of my carpets and I have to have them cleaned to remove some deep stains. All in all I cannot under any circumstances recommend him to anyone and will certainly not be having him back in my home to undertake any future work I may need doing.
