  Andy came to the house checked out the problem, did a few tests and then told me what was wrong, how it can be fixed and gave me a price The job was done and within two weeks finished Very good job by James and would recommend to everyone

  Very pleased with price and work done by L&M Matt arrived and discussed what we wanted done and quoted us promptly the, quote was very reasonable and competitive , once we had agreed to have the job done we were contacted within a short time to arrange date for work to be done Lads who came to do job were very polite and pleasant- extremely helpful checking that the things were being done as we wanted - nothing was a problem or too much trouble When job was completed all rubbish was removed and area left clean and tidy Matt returned the day after job was completed to check were happy with work done before payment was made by us Extremely happy and would definitely use them again

  I asked Mark to come and replace a UPVC window hinge that was broken. He came down, fixed both hinges, and also made a slight adjustment to a fire door. He was prompt and an extremely lovely man to speak to. I plan to use Mark's services many more times in the future.

  Travis was explained exactly what was required, sent an itemised quote within 24. He said was great to rearrange around myself catching covid and when he came he was quick thorough and explained everything he had done again. Definitely recommend.

  Superb work from Jim and Malcolm! We had a partition wall installed along with adding new lighting, switches and sockets. Jim is a very skilled carpenter and builder while his dad, Malcolm, takes care of the electrical work. Throughout they were thorough and professional, with regular updates and always checking exactly how we wanted things. Jim finished the building work to a very high standard including painting and finishing. Malcolm completed the electics professionally with thorough safety compliance. Highly recommended for any building work, would use again without hesitation.

  We are extremely pleased with the work that Alan Evans and his team have done on our property in Cornwall. No job was too big or small and we ended up asking them to do a lot more work for us because of the high quality of their work. They did all our exterior and exterior paintwork plus electrical fittings, new decking, work on the roof, kitchen and bathrooms, even putting up furniture which meant that we didn't have to hire additional tradesmen. Alan is a very honest person and we were not overcharged for the work. Having seen the finished job, our neighbours have now also contracted them to work on their property. I definitely recommend them.

  Michael built our outside wall and built a fish pond, he also built my shed and plastered the front room walls. The work was finished to a very high standard, he was on time every day and when he left made sure everything was clean and as he found it. I will certainly use him again for work.
