overall the job was very good and big plus Mark arrived when he said he would which is great. 98% of the job is excellent but would have hoped for a touch more attention to the finish. For example caulking to the edges and two tiles broken and left in situ despite there being loads of extra tiles available. I have developed my skills to become very efficient at diagnosing the issue and sorting it quickly and with cost in mind. I have also done a lot of general household maintenance within this role from garden works to guttering, painting and fencing. All aspects of plumbing and heating maintenance.

Jim was absolutely first class from initial home visit, quote, and then starting the job. He went above and beyond on what turned out to be a nightmare of a job. He had to do more work than he thought and smash through layers of concrete. Always with a smile. He was highly amusing to watch and a very personable guy. Never once asked for more than initially quoted. I would highly recommend. He is clearly a very skilled builder, and takes pride in his work.
