At Purcell’s Property Services, we provide reliable, affordable home and garden maintenance across Plymouth and the surrounding areas. We take pride in completing every job to a high standard, with honest communication, fair pricing and a friendly approach. We specialise in the jobs that homeowners often don’t have the time or tools to do, including pressure washing, gutter clearing, fencing and gate repairs, TV mounting, flat-pack assembly, shelving, blinds and curtain poles, decorating, garden tidy-ups and general property maintenance. No job is too small, and every customer is treated with the same care and attention. About Me Hi, I’m Tom, the owner of Purcell’s Property Services. I work full-time in construction, where attention to detail, reliability and quality workmanship are part of my everyday job. Alongside this, I’ve started Purcell’s Property Services to help homeowners with the maintenance and improvement jobs that often get put off. I’m honest about the work I take on—I only accept jobs I’m confident I can complete to a high standard. My aim is simple: turn up when I say I will, do the job properly and leave every customer happy enough to recommend me. I look forward to helping with your next project.

I work as an office cleaner, ensuring workplaces are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming for everyone. My daily tasks include cleaning desks, emptying bins, vacuuming floors, wiping surfaces, and keeping shared areas like kitchens, meeting rooms, and restrooms spotless. I pay close attention to detail because a clean office is not only visually appealing but also promotes a healthier environment for staff. I handle cleaning equipment and products carefully and efficiently, ensuring everything is sanitized and well-organized. Reliability is essential in my role. Offices often need cleaning early in the morning or late at night to avoid disrupting work, so punctuality and consistency are crucial. I also maintain confidentiality, working around sensitive documents, computers, and private spaces. Ultimately, my job is to ensure the office is clean, comfortable, and prepared for people to perform their best every day.
