At the start I found vasil friendly knowledgable and keen to get the job. He Quoted the whole job would take 4 days fand was the cheapest quote received but didn't finish on fourth day as expected. Stated he will be back on Wednesday but failed turn up and said later on he had To go work and would be over Saturday. Turned up Saturday with friend to complete the job. When he said he had finished I Went over the job and pointed out errors such as door hinges missing screws which he responded screws are rubbish instead of asking for new screws he was happy leaving a number of doors hanging with 1 screw on each hinge. Three of the six door stoppers were not pinned in level so the door either kicked out at the bottom of forward. Instead of just doing the adjustments he decided to argue saying I was looking for an excuse not To pay him. Refused leave my house until I paid him and was shouting so I called the police and he left prior to them arriving. Prior to starting He had never mentioned he wanted payment on daily rate until he finished first day work which I didn't like but agreed as his work was good. In summary His work is very good and I would prefer him to have completed the work and do adjustments but he attitude of someone making errors to avoid being paid is wrong. Made a little mess but cleaned up most of it. Would say use him if you can agree with payment terms and snagging on a daily basis.

Raymondo completed some complex plastering work for us as part of our house renovation. He was able to use the Tadelakt method of plastering we wanted, which not many people are able to do due to the technicalities required. We were extremely pleased with his workmanship as he was a very quick, tidy and completed the job exactly as requested. Would definitely recommend.

Andrei is fantastic. He fully refurbished our flat (painting, new bathroom, new kitchen, rewiring, floors, sound isolation, doors) and did a truly excellent job. First of all, the quality of his work is outstanding, In addition, he is extremely reliable and hardworking. He offers excellent advice and insights too, which is enormously helpful especially during such a big project. The fact that he is a qualified electrician is also a big plus. Last but not least, Andrei is a really great person to deal with - always friendly, professional, reliable and really pleasant. We highly recommend him and will definitely work with Andrei again.

For a number of reasons, Reinaldo is without doubt the best tradesman I have come across, After having Cowboy Builders ruin my brand new doors. The quality of his work was faultless, he was prompt, always on time and very efficient, his work and work area was always left clean and tidy, and his communication skills, with regards to problem solving and making sure that the work he was carrying out was to my requirements, was excellent. I gave Reinaldo a number of jobs to do over a few separate visits and was not let down once. I cannot recommend Reinaldo highly enough and will be using him again for any future carpentry & joinery works. Reinaldo is not a carpenter however a magician as he can spell his Magic on any given work with a smile.Thanks again ,Reinaldo great work!

Zafer helped to fit our new kitchen, including new tiles and some electrical work as well! Really happy with the whole finish. Great professionalism,honest (which is very hard to find these days!) and takes pride in his work and he was very helpful even when we asked him for extra help which was not already agreed on. The whole family is very happy with the finish and great attention to detail. Definitely the best tradesman we've had since we moved into our home! Would definitely recommend him. Thank you Zafer!

Adrian did a great job and was very efficient, clean and quick. I posted the advert on Monday evening, Adrian came on the Tuesday, quoted and then came back to complete the work on Friday to a very high standard. Very pleased and very competitively priced. George has a calm and knowledgeable approach. He guided us through every step of the process and successfully removed multiple layers of paint covering the front of our house. He also repointed all brickwork to a brilliant standard using the correct methods and left our house looking brand new.
