The work was ok although getting them to the job was a nightmare they seemed to be over stretched. I made the mistake of making full payment before the job was completed all that was left was to fit a drain cover. I waited three weeks but no return, in the end I bought one an fitted it myself took me fifteen minutes. I have learned by my mistake and based on this experience I will not recommend this company to anyone

AFTER MESSAGING ON MY BUILDER, JAMIE AND KEIGAN GOT IN TOUCH AND ARRANGED TO COME AND SEE THE BATHROOM. THEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND MESSAGED ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. COMMUNICATION AND BEING PUNCTUAL IS MASSIVELY IMPORTANT TO US AS WE ARE ALSO BUSY PEOPLE. THEIR QUOTE BLEW THE COMPETITION OUT OF THE WATER AND I HAD A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THEM BOTH. I ORDERED THE BATHROOM ITEMS AND THEY CHECKED THE ORDER OVER BEFORE DELIVERY WAS ARRANGED TO MAKE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING THAT THEY NEEDED. KEIGAN WORKED ON HIS OWN ALL WEEK STARTING ON THE MONDAY AT 8AM AND FINISHING BY MID MORNING ON THE FRIDAY OF THE SAME WEEK. HE DID A FULL RIP OUT AND COMPLETE TOTAL NEW BATHROOM INSTALLATION . I WORK FROM HOME AND HONESTLY HARDLY KNEW HE WAS IN THE HOUSE . HE LEFT THE ROOM AND THE OUTSIDE RUBBISH AREA NEAT AND TIDY EVERY DAY. WE ARE OVER THE MOON WITH THE END RESULT. I contacted this company regarding a roofing job to install a flue sleeve through a slate roof to support a boiler installation in the loft. Communication initially seemed positive and the job was agreed so I arranged for the plumber to attend on the same day. However, the day before the agreed start date, I received a text message saying they would not be attending as their van had broken down and the work might possibly be done the following week. This was very disappointing, particularly as other trades had already been arranged. I would have expected at least a phone call, and in this line of work I would have thought alternative transport could have been arranged to honour the agreed start date. I therefore had to find another roofer at short notice. Phillips Roofing attended the next day, quoted, turned up when agreed, and completed the work to a satisfactory standard. Unfortunately, based on this experience I would not engage Owen Roofing for any future projects.
