The best Bricky we came across!! Richard was so quick at responding to me on here, so quick to visit the house and provide me with an actual reasonable quote! Within a day Richard then started and carried out my project and was finished within two days. Richard’s work is spot on, so neat, tidy and professional. We created bridleways, footpaths, car parks and foundations for buildings. Since then I have moved into more general building helping local residents with their home projects. I excavate and form foundations for new residential properties, extensions and commercial buildings. Bases for sheds, retaining walls, patios and driveways also. Trenches, drainage and hard landscaping too. Among other trades I can also install fencing and provide general building. From footings to full extensions I can provide services required. If a job requires a man and a digger I can accommodate. I have all my own equipment including an excavator and various other machinery capable of getting the job done. I provide services within Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire areas upto a 40 mile radius around Wimborne. Outside of this area may incurr a small travelling fee. Firstly we all know how builders generally are, late, never finish the job, always on a break or popping out to do something, on another job, cutting corners, finish early and once you pay them you never see them again etc etc etc Patrick is as far away from that as possible. Grafts, really really grafts. Is tidy and tidies up after himself.Works almost non stop. The price is the real price, none of this oh it'll cost a little more because.... Is sounds, reliable and if you ask his advice it's straight and all about getting the best value for you. Came up fitted wood panels on wooden posts and 40m of sleepers on concreted steel uprights. Everyone who has seen it is wowed by it. Everyone who has seen his work has asked for his contact details. I have 3 friends now who have all used him and speak as highly if not more so of his work. The work he replaced was much more expensive, badly done and failed after 3 years. The quality and strength of what he has done i would place money of it have a good chance of outlasting me. I have to deal with builders all time maintaining the house, I wish i could use Patrick (Paddy) for everything. Use him, you won't regret it, nobody does, my only fear is people will realise how good he is and he'll be too busy to come do the work I need in future.
