He came out within a day of me accepting the connection (he even came out on a Sunday), identified what needed to be done, and the following day (Monday) the main job was done. He will come back and do additional jobs that he is quoting me for in the coming months. This was incredibly swift service compared with what I have normally come to expect out here in rural Aberdeenshire. Normally tradesmen come back only a while later, if they turn up at all. Hugh also did everything for the price that he quoted to me and the work was well done. Now I am all set for the winter. He was also able to advise about other jobs that need doing (I live in an old house and there are always bits that need doing!).
