Completed the job but within a few days the roof was leaking again. Since then he made excuse after excuse as to why he failed to come back. At one point on the phone he tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong for doubting if he would come back to do the job. Promise after promise and he never did come back. Get in touchJohn's a genuinely good guy, and works hard. He's done a quality job for us at a good price. A lot of soffit and fascia replacement groups will clad over existing wood, but reading through forums it seems this can worsen any damp and rot in the underlying wood. John ripped out all the existing wood fascias and soffits and replaced these with solid thick UPVC in white, with black guttering. My neighbour and I both had our terraced houses done by John at the same time and he did a great job. He arrived on the agreed day, and worked through, coping with the terrible Summer weather - more rain than we wanted...he tidied up at the end, took away all the rubbish, and the houses look great.
