Get in touchWe chose Gerrie and son to build our extension, prices were agreed, a deposit was paid and a start date was booked. Everything was ready to start in two weeks and Paul came for a final pre work visit. During this visit, he looked at the party wall arrangement and commented that he’d not properly surveyed it on previous visits and that he was unsure how to do the work! This greatly concerned us and it caused a difficult conversation, with Paul making rude and derogatory comments which resulted in a total breakdown of trust. There had also been some misunderstanding with quotes, but nothing that couldn’t be sorted out. Following Paul’s last visit, he called us and offered to pay us back our deposit which we didn’t hesitate to accept!Latest review:Extensions- - Get in touchConservatory demolition and new extension built Having experienced several poor builders over the last year, Gavin & his team showed how it should be done. Quoted 6 weeks for the job, they actually finished in 5 weeks! Showed up on time every day, made clear progress daily, and the level of workmanship was second to none. Friendly, polite, clean and professional. This also goes for the external roofers, plasterers and electrician which he used during the job. This is what all builders should be like. Would definitely use them again for other projects and highly recommend them to friends & neighbours.

He is skilful but was honest if something was outside his expertise and asked us to hire the relevant person.
