Alban completed a lateral kitchen extension for me in west London. Very happy with the results and to add my name to others that have given 100% positive feedback. What I particularly liked - (1) Alban took great care to protect the rest of my house while working (protection, covers etc), (2) his team were friendly and polite to neighbours. Building works are always noisy and disruptive, they kept others 'on side' and (3) they worked to the timing and schedule agreed (4) they cleaned up, every single day (5) they worked to a high standard and corrected for any issues, despite my inevitable last minute changes. I have to say that Tyrone who carried the work out for is very professional and commendable. He was always on time and eager to get the work done. His attention to detail is simply quite impressive. Having completed the work i was rather surprised to learn that he called back the next day only to complete a very small detail that he forgot. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. Kel and his team worked on my single storey extension with bifold doors and glass roof. He also did some landscaping in my garden, replacing the fencing and installing a raised patio with cedar battens to the side. Overall I was very pleased with the work Kel did. He is a good communicator and frequently visited the site to keep on top of the work. Kel was happy to discuss requests and was flexible with design changes. The bulk of the work was completed on time with just some minor snags remaining, but the finish is excellent. It's been a long and stressful journey, but it's been easier with the friendly support and professional approach Kel has taken to his job. I'd be happy to recommend Craft of London and provide a reference on request.

I would 100% recommend John and his team. We have been really unlucky with 3 other builders taking off with our money and not completing the work. John is very professional, took on someone else’s mess and done a brilliant job. We wanted exposed oak rafter detail and the team done an excellent job. John is very good at problem solving on the spot when there are issues, he is very approachable and keeps you updated with the progress throughout the job. What he has been good at is also talking through different options with us before doing different sections of the work and he does not take short cuts. If you need excellent honest builders John is your guy! We will get the decorations done and post the end product.
