We met many different builders before making our decision to go with Balti property services. The deciding factor was Jason's clear knowledge and eye for detail. Their price reasonable and they are willing to negotiate to help fit your budget. They managed to get the job completed within the time agreed to a very high standard. The team of workers are very competent and friendly, they turn up on time and leave the property safe when they leave ate the end of each day. I am a project manager for high end Audio-Visual installs, so you have to be good to impress me, but this company did, so it's a 5 star from me.

I met up with Peter, told him what needed doing and he provided a detailed quote within days. I handed over a set off keys and basically left him and his team to get on with it! This was a time restricted job, he purchased all the material and provided all the receipts. I returned a week later to find the job completed to the highest standard surpassing my expectations. I will definitely be working with Peter again in the future and I would highly recommend him.

I hired seasouth builds because not only did he give a really reasonable quote, but he also had knowledge of tiling over retrofit underfloor heating - which other tilers seemed to be really hesitant to work with. The job was done to an excellent standard - he’s a real perfectionist. It did take a bit longer than expected, due to some floor level issues which he didn’t account for when he quoted. I was really worried about the price increasing out of my budget when we started running over time, but I was so grateful to find that he was a really honest guy who stuck to the agreed quote and didn’t try to make it my problem one little bit. He was polite and friendly throughout the whole job, turned up whenever he said he would, and kept in constant contact. Really honest (I happily left him unattended in my property). Customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 would recommend.

What a great team! Muneeb and his team finished the job in time, turned my tired old bathroom into a wonderful new space. Price quoted was half what we were being quoted by others. Muneeb just focused on this job rather than many others who leave the customer waiting whist doing multiple jobs. All materials used are top quality and nothing was too much for him. Oli carried out the groundworks and demolition at my property and was on site every day with his crew, fully committed and hands-on throughout the job. I am an architect, and this was work on my own home, so my expectations were high. Oli met those expectations fully. He has a strong knowledge of groundworks and demolition, works carefully and methodically, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes real satisfaction in delivering the work exactly as required. He was always in a good mood, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to have on site. I enjoyed discussing the project and hearing about other jobs he has completed over his 23 years of experience, which clearly shows in the quality of his work. Tileing Preparing and laying wood flooring throughout. Fitting shelving and book case. The work over 2 months involved all building skills.
