After contacting a number of builders with a view to putting in some new steps acceptable to Planning restrictions, Martin was the only one who actually turned up and was enthusiastic about doing it. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing and I found him easy to talk with . He did the job over two days and it looks great. He told me he had spoken with Planning and had followed their guidelines so I am not expecting any problem. I would certainly employ Martin again.
