Zen has helped transform our home, we’ve drawn a lot of confidence from his considered approach and thorough work ethic. He’s so far addressed the cause of cracks to exterior walls of our property and has provided lasting solutions. We also asked him to plaster our hallway and update the banisters for us, Zen has done a great job of reinforcing the strength of the original features whilst retaining the property’s character. Tony and his team recently completed a large ground floor extension. The guys were polite and courteous, on time every day, worked hard through the day and kept a clean and tidy site. Tony was very good at anticipating issues before they arose, making useful suggestions and giving us time to plan. We had a previous bad experience with a cowboy builder and Tony was especially sympathetic and understanding. Tony and his team were always transparent and upfront and very easy to work with. Tony was recommended by neighbours that he had worked for and we would also highly recommend him.

We posted on the My Builder app for a kitchen renovation and Vikram from Unesta picked up the post and was extremely responsive and professional. He gave good advice and visited several times to scope out the job to make sure he had all the details. Unesta was professional throughout the planning and building phases and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a high quality work. Benefits include; fully project managed; a team who can problem solve; disposal of all waste. A Bonus is that they clean up well after every day of work. I worked the majority of the time from home with minimal disturbances. 100% would recommend.

They kept us informed at all stages of the build, were quick and efficient, offered sensible suggestions when we discussed different parts of the build and did not force their opinions or thoughts, just explained what would happen for the different choices that were available. All rubbish was cleared away afterwards and the project was finished within time and budget. We are very happy with the final result.
