Fire damaged stonework above an electricity meter box and around a kitchen window. An awkward job but DSR were able to rise to the challenge. They turned up when they said they would so the job could interface with the window installers. They were also confident and competent enough to work in the vicinity of the meter box without the need to require disconnection which maintained our electricity supply. The quality of the finished stonework was very good and the lads were pleasant on site. All round good job and very satisfied, would easily recommend.

Cramlington Builders demolished our existing conservatory and built us a beautiful sun room on the same base. I was delighted with Michael and his team, they were really professional and very switched on. Michael was a great communicator and was ever so reliable. When the glazing turned up to site it was Michael who immediately spotted that the wrong glass had been delivered and that it was not safety glass. We would never have know that and Michael had the glazer return to site to swap the glass. We found the team to be happy in their work and they delivered a really great project for us on-time. The price was the cheapest of the three quotes received and we will definitely use Cramlington Builders again.

We got a cracking good job from Andy and his team on our 1st floor extention in Longbenton. They were all reliable good tradesmen and nice lads to deal with. Andy also had good ideas while doing the work and any extras that we wanted were swiftly dealt with. We would gladly recommend Andy and his team to carry out any building project for clients and we also found Andy's estimates for our building project to be very competitive. We would certainly use him again for any future work on our property.

The quote was competitive and kept to, with very reasonable charges for extras requested. The team were very accommodating and did everything I asked as the job progressed. In addition, some of Steve's suggestions made a big difference to the final result which turned out excellently. Overall they did a great job and I would definitely use again and recommend to others

Gary and his team cut corners from the beginning. A job that was quoted to take 4-6 weeks ended up taking around 14 weeks and even then was not completed by gary and his team due to him walking off the job. They used substandard materials which meant things needed replaced before the job had even finished. Overall the “finishing touches” for the job were absolutely horrendous. A child’s playhouse had nails sticking out of the wood. The nails in the fence had all rusted, the lawn wasn’t laid correct so couldn’t drain. The level on extension was completely wrong. Gary himself was quite rude and Him and his team were extremely unreliable. 100% would not recommend, save your time, money and sanity

I decided to build a garden room and received a number of quotations from various builders. I decided to go with Rod Hall of Lux Building Services for a number of reasons. 1. On meeting Rod me and my wife felt very comfortable and Rod discussed our plan in fine detail, in addition Rod introduced ideas of his own which had no cost implication but did in fact improve the final plan. 2. Rod was very fair and honest with his costings and this was confirmed at the completion of the project (no hidden costs). 3. Rods attention to detail and work ethic was outstanding and kept me and my wife informed throughout the project. 4. The materials used were of the highest quality sourced at the best price so we had no complaints. All in all a pleasure to have had Rod take on our project and we are more than pleased with the results......a very good job to a very high standard.
