Rae and his team were excellent from start to finish. Always reliable and polite they completed a wrap around extension within the predicted 10-12 weeks and on budget which was faster and cheaper than anyone else we spoke to. Throughout the project Rae was organised and constantly communicating the progress, any snags and when things needed ordering. The finish of the work is top notch and they were amenable to carrying out extra bits of work along the way and quickly sorting any problems that arose. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Matt completed several jobs in my bathroom and kitchen including removing a bath and installing a walk in shower, skimming the ceiling, installing new worktops, tiling, fitting flooring vinyl, installing an eye level kitchen cupboard and microwave brackets, fire boarding an under stairs cupboard and painting. Matt also gave me advice about methods to reduce damp and mould in the bathroom. He always communicates well and his work is of a high standard. I am really happy with the finished results.

Andy and his team did absolutely amazing job converting my old broken conservatory into a spacious house extension which immediately becomes the most loved place in the entire house! I embarked on a major renovation work being short in money and highly appreciated Andy's patience and ability to accommodate to my challenging requirements. The work has been delivered in a very short timeframe and with an excellent quality. I cannot recommend A&M enough! The project was much more complicated than my initial estimation, involving lots of customisations and hard work, but Mark and his team managed it quite well. He did a good job even with me being a difficult customer. Pricing was fair and transparent. If you need a builder that knows multiple trades, is not afraid of taking non-standard projects and is quite creative to overcome various challenges and customisations then Mark is your guy.

The gardens are looking tidy and it’s so nice to come home to calm and order! Max was very helpful with advice both prior and during the job and very responsive to messages to clarify and answer questions. The quote was competitive and Max was even willing to do a little extra at request, again for very fair cost. End result looks good and hopefully when we can walk on the grass (once it takes root) it will be nice and even - finally!

We employed Ian and his team to help us develop a large plot which included a barn conversion (which as class Q was complex as it required maintaining the original timber structure and inserting a steel structure within) and the redevelopment of the existing farm house. Over a period of 2 years Ian managed the conversion into a luxury 4 bedroom home with an outdoor kitchen area, and a sizeable extension to, and complete refurbishment of, a period farmhouse, as well as a double detached garage, an annexe outbuilding, extensive landscaping and complex drainage and ground works. This project involved co-ordinating the designers (architects plus interior designers) and several contractors. We found working with Ian and his team was stress free and the completed works to be of a consistently high standard. Everyone who saw the finished buildings was impressed with the quality of finish. It was comforting to have the job in the hands of such an honest and professional team. They were particularly respectful of our young family who lived on site throughout.
