DPS were superb from start to finish. They were hired to build a single storey rear extension in North London including a new kitchen and bathroom fit. I met Ralph on site along with a number of other builders, Ralph was highly knowledgeable and clearly explained what was required with practical solutions. DPS clearly scoped out the timeline and cost for each stage of the build and kept to this. They completed several agreed extras throughout the job. Communication with Ralph and the whole DPS team was first class throughout. I own a number of rental properties and can comfortably say DPS are the best builders I've dealt with, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they will be my first port of call for future work.

The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

I received planning permission for a 3m extension, garage conversion and garden office with a toilet/shower and the architect recommended Timall. We of course carried out all our due diligence before selecting Timall as our builder. I received around 8 final quotes from various legal and reputable builders, and gratefully we chose Timall after checking their previous projects. Timall renovated my townhouse, stripped to brick, repartitioned to be more functional for my family, moved bathrooms, new kitchen etc. The council building control said we needed piling for the 3m extension, and Timall were fantastic to change their plans to carry out other internal work whilst a piling specialist was called in, who Timall also liaised with. The garden office, 3m extension and garage conversion all went well. Parminder the director was very hands-on during the project daily, with his builders on-site daily, honest in his advice, and very experienced in his knowledge of the building industry.

Loft Conversion- 5 May 2017
Artjom and his team have done a wonerful job on our loft conversion and house renovation. We are very pleased at the transformation. Although not the cheapest quote we obtained, they were highly professional, kept the noise down and cleaned up after themselves. We also added several other jobs to our initial quote and they undertook these as requested. It is important to keep a record of everything you ask to be done. They worked very fast and were able to complete everything within 2 months - it helped that our house was empty at the time, so they didn't have to deal with us living there at the same time as the works were being carried out. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Renovations for any building works you need done to your property.
