Highly recommend Kaylum, he ripped out the old sub-floor and fitted a new sub-floor along with new Engineered wood flooring in all of the bedrooms and hallway. Quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. His colleague then decorated all the rooms beautifully once the floor was installed - really happy with the end result.

TA Bhatti constructions did an excellent job in renovating my house, it was a 6 months long job where they pulled apart all the internal parts of the house and rebuilt it all. They did an excellent job in putting a new Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new wiring, new plumbing and everything else. The thing I liked most was their finishing which was next to none. I will happily recommend TA Bhatti constructions to anyone looking to renovate their house or looking to do extensions or Loft conversion.

Fantastic service, Lucas and Darota are an amazing professional team always reliable and our kitchen extension is to an exceptional standard. Darota offers an amazing interior design service. The builders have been punctual, worked really hard and when we have come home from work the house is always tidy so we don't even feel the house is being renovated. We offered LD Property services more work after our kitchen extension/complete refurbishment to include a complete renovation of all our home including garden and driveway. The project has been managed brilliantly as we work full time this has been really helpful.

Ali Revani at Halibuild provided us with a quote which we accepted. 3 days before the job start date Ali Rezvani called and explained that they had under priced and they would want another £3000 to start the contract. Ali Rezvani then started the job but again admitted that they under priced the job and walked off the site several months into the project after the following major quality issues which needed to be addressed: Pouring the foundations in the wrong place, building the extension in the wrong place, building the roof incorrectly, installed roof steels in the incorrect position, built the extension rear wall too high, the plumbing to the boiler needed to be redone, all the plastering has had to be redone, skirtings needed to be redone, staircase had to be rebuilt. The list goes on and is 40+ points long. This has been a terrible experience and we face serious losses and a stressful dispute."
