I was excited about working with Josh as he had such great feedback from other clients, and he did not disappoint. Excellent communication right from the off and very clear about what was involved, so was able to provide a detailed quote all of which made sense. He thought through what was needed in advance so there were no surprises or delays on the day. His price was reasonable although I’d have been happy to pay a bit over the odds for someone who didn’t mess me around, as has sadly so often been my experience in the past. He arrived on time to do the work, did it, cleaned up - and even did a few extra little jobs for me around the house (putting up shelves and a guitar hanger) while waiting for the paint to dry. A lovely guy, clearly skilled at what he does, and definitely someone I’ll be calling on again. Don’t hesitate to hire him!

I could not have refurbished our new home and been able to move in without Marcin and his help. I think he joined us in December and he is still helping with small things etc. He is A GENIUS. He came in to knock through a wall joining a small room with the kitchen but he has since just done everything! He is a master builder PLUS PLUS PLUS. He has built us a beautiful bathroom. Sorted out the plumbing and heating with a new boiler. Plastered, done electrical work, put up blinds, doors, windows, you name it. He has amazing ideas. He is friendly and very communicative and reliable. It is just a pleasure to have him around and being part of the team.

Definitely the best tradesperson I have ever had to deal with. Zak took great pride in every stage of the job and advised on changes required as the job progressed. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the work was really good and we are really pleased with the completed job. We would highly recommend Zak to anyone requiring building work done. Additionally the price quoted and paid was extremely competitive. Zak is also very easy to deal with and always has a friendly face to brighten your day.

We recently completed a large renovation which included extending our kitchen at the rear of the property, changing levels in the garden and converting our loft with an additional bedroom and en-suite. Ben, Steve and the rest of their team were amazing throughout. We had difficulty moving out of the property as our short term let fell through but the team worked tirelessly to enable us to ‘live in’ whilst much of the build was going on (which I know wasn’t ideal!) I highly recommend Integrated Homes as Ben and Steve were so knowledgeable, considerate and professional in their work.

In October 2018, I asked Michael to do a rear part single storey part double storey extension. Michael completed the job mid January 2019, which also included relaying the patio, fitting a pre-bought kitchen and building a new porch. Michael, Bill (the electrician) and the rest of the team have done an excellent job transforming our home into something so much more than it was. I was very impressed with his work ethic and his knowledge, and appreciated the advice he gave us which showed his experience. The electrician also was able to successfully rewire our home to bring up to the required standards and was willing to work on weekends to get the job done (that was partly our fault, sorry!). Any issues and disputes, of which there were very few mind you, were dealt with promptly and properly. We used Stuart to carry out some alterations to our kitchen, convert our garage & construct a link between the two. From the moment Stuart quoted us for the work I was struck by how diligent he was, coming back to discuss his quote & being very clear in everything he had included & equally anything that wasn't. We were delighted that his diligence & care extended throughout the project & to the work that he did, he clearly cared that everything was done correctly, as if it were his own home. He put thought into everything he did & the sequencing of the work, making sure there was as little disruption to us as was possible. He also communicated to us throughout about his plan and any issues he encountered. We are thrilled with the end result, Stuarts work is of a high standard & competitively priced too, I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Pat was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end he had everything covered and made the whole project a seamless experience. He provided me with a professional quote and had the patience to deal with my questions. He started the project on time svd no thing was too much trouble, when I needed a roofer to fix some issues with a leak he had someone on the job within a day.
