A small local family firm been in the trade since 1980 city and guilds qualified advance city and guilds , craft certification fully insured fixed price quotations given and last stage payment paid onl on completion of job and passed via building control, been working for Huntingdon district council and 3 c building control inspectors for over 35 years, send any plans works into my email I can then give you a guide if you are happy then we will visit the site to do an in-depth inspection then to meet you and discuss your requirements then a fixed price quotation will be given valued for 30 days . We are a small company and have used local trusted tradespeople ie plasterer, plumbing electric etc who are all fully qualified and certified,we only carry out 5-10 extensions a year and work for one of the best kitchen firms in the area doing all there building works ( Nicholas Hythe) check there website also started a Facebook page jps building services which shows various worked carried out , we do not pressure sale or keep harassing you send the plans ideas free quote and all our advice is free, then and only when you are happy phone or email for a quote, last words of advice, always get at least 3-4 quotes before you carry out work

The team did a solid job on our extension. They were on time, kept the place organised, and stayed easy to reach throughout the project. The extension came out exactly as agreed and the finish looks clean. They also took care of a few extra jobs for us, including painting the exterior, laying new slabs in the garden, and putting down new grass. The whole place looks tidy and well put together now. I would be happy to use them again.

Wayne is one of the most professional tradesmen/builders I've met. He's really good at his job and quite systematic and thorough. We got a loft extension and a rear kitchen extension done. He and his team started the job on the day promised and got the job done without any breaks in the project. Wayne was present on the site every single day and was very accomodative and flexible of any minor changes to plans we suggested. At each phase Wayne explained to us what was happening and how things would change and based on our feedback, would plan his work. He and his team would start promptly everyday and leave the place neat and tidy at the end of every day. One of the things that we liked was that we didn't have to move out of the house while the project was in progress. Wayne made sure there wasn't too much disruption and the place was still livable during the tenure of the project. He is easy to reach and kept our communication channel open. A couple of months after the project was finished, we had a minor issue that he promptly came and had a look at. In summary, I would recommend Wayne if you're looking for a professional.

JKR go the extra mile to make sure everything is right, no corners cut. JKR pay attention to detail and make sure they consult with you at each step so you are always kept informed.
