I looked at 5 quotes and was so happy to have chosen Elvis and his highly experienced team. They did an excellent job of building a new 11sq meter garden rear extension. This was a bit complicated project because it’s a listed house. Elvis and his team were hardworking, always responsive and came up with great solutions when necessary. I am very pleased with the high quality end result. I would use them again and can't recommend them enough! Great job done

Octavian is a really great guy, very reliable, never disappoint, maintained good communication with us all the time. As a customer, obviously the most important part is great craftmanship, we have used other teams before and you can easily tell the difference between his work and the others. From things such as painting (you can tell they have paint and sand multiple times to provide such great finishing), tile installation (the gap between each tile is tiny, and they are very flat), Octavian’s team can get them all done. This job involves a full flat refurbishment, so the flat was completely stripped, knocked down a few walls, install new pipes / wire etc. During his work he has spotted many things that we have not noticed before. Unlike some other contractors who do not care, they will just finish what they were asked to do and leave. Octavian spotted it and recommend us the best solution for it, to provide the best outcome for the project. It is important to find someone who do care about the customer and the project. Agim and his team were great - communicated what they would do at each stage, the timing, materials needed etc., no major surprises. The building is quite old and wonky in places so they had to work with that and the finished result looks great. Very happy and have would recommend Agim again!

TLC have completed the first phase of the project which has involved a complete renovation and upgrade of the kitchen, bathroom, and rear garden area. A new contemporary staircase has also been fitted. The work has been completed well ahead of schedule, and this is testament to the planning and coordination skills provided by TLC. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard, and a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the minimum disruption to the local residents. We are extremely grateful for the advice and support provided to us leading up to the restoration work and whilst the restoration was underway, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. Our house has been transformed into a contemporary family home. Many thanks to Bradley, Paul, and the rest of the team at TLC.

We had the very intricate loft reconfiguration done with extra big size window installation and full refurb on our recently bought Victorian end of terrace. It was a great experience all along, starting from the quantity surveyor detail level quote provision to the sign off and snagging. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail with what Lux Construction delivered the works, and project manager Jonas professionalism was exceptionally high from my personal experience. He was good on price for the first inspection and attended as agreed. However, I was less happy with the remedial quote. Several items quoted did not appear to be needed, while some items that did need attention were not included. Overall, fine for the inspection, but I would have preferred a more accurate and practical quote for the follow-up work.

Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.
