We highly recommend Mario & his team. They fitted a new kitchen & bathroom to a really high standard within a short, timeframe. They work hard, are friendly, professional & honest, my neighbour even commented on how considerate they were! Upon first meeting Mario we were impressed by how organised he was. He arrived on time with the description we’d posted on my builder & went through it methodically. We had A LOT of questions! He answered all of them & didn’t rush us. We received a competitive quote within a day as promised. It included everything we discussed & he quickly answered our follow up questions. We wanted an accurate idea of the cost of electrical work & Mario arranged for his electrician to come & inspect/quote before we’d appointed Mario the job. Our kitchen & bathroom is complicated, with lots of difficult angles. Damp, unlevel floor, unlevel windows, a low ceiling were uncovered in the bathroom. Mario did well to identify solutions, giving us expert advice. Pipes were neatly chased into the wall. Underfloor heating & LVT, tiling, grouting & painting all done to a very professional finish. He kept us informed of progress, checked our preferences & was patient when we had supply delays, finding ways to ensure the job finished on time enabling us to move from our temporary accommodation back home in time for Christmas. He promptly fixed some minor issues after the job finished. We highly recommend Mario & would use him again.

I had Panesar Builders build a dormer extension garden room and a bedroom above the garage around two years ago. I deliberately waited before writing a review to be sure there were no hidden issues — and I can happily say everything has held up perfectly. I felt confident in my choice, and two years on I can say it was absolutely the right decision. The work was completed to a high standard, communication throughout the project was clear, and the whole process was smooth. Two years later, the extension is still solid, with no problems at all. One of the best builders I have ever worked with. PMB take great pride in the work they do and finish to a exceptional level (even better than a lot of premium and expensive builders in the industry). Colin's knowledge about all aspects of building work is unmatched and that shows in the end product that he and his team delivered for me. PMB did a full refurbishment & substantial extension (everything knocked down except 3 external walls) - ground floor ext, first floor ext, loft extension, full re-wire, plumbing, gas, UFH, walls, plastering, fitting, decorating etc. His prices are reasonable and he advised when unexpected costs come up so I could make a decision on what to do. I will definitely use him again.

AVOID. Ernie incorrectly installed my drains under my house which has caused awful smells and sewage to leak under my house causing long term damage to my foundations Three professional drainage company’s have put a camera to see a Dropped pipe from new to old house. They have identified a connection that was never appropriate. Unfortunately, Ernie after being given many opportunities does not accept any responsibility. He is not an expert at all trades so be careful. I’ve asked him to help put right by exposing the floor which has Underfloor Heating. This has now cost me tens of £000s. My fault for not using a professional team at the beginning of my project.

Started on time and completed the decking extension & renovation to a high standard. Ensured that small details like cuts around poles etc, were finished properly and not left with gaps. Next time I would confirm that clearing rubbish is part of the quote, but highly recommend Przemek for quality finish.
