Job was started on time and I was kept informed all the way through on what and when things would be done. The extension was completed on time and was exactly as I requested, a couple of very minor issues came to light after the work was completed, but all that was needed was a quick phone call and things were put right the same day, I class that as good service. I would highly recommend OFI Builders.

Thanks to Lester and Chris, all work completed, very easy to work with and any questions/queries we had were always addressed. Left the place tidy each time and kept us informed of what was happening. Last few little bits tidied up and any problems have been told to get in touch with them. Out of four builders contacted on here only Lester turned up to quote and once his quote was approved he rang to organise start date, they were here every morning at 8am without fail. Really pleased with end result, thank you.

We are so happy with the room that Townsend Builders have just completed. It is a quality build finished to a very high standard that is exactly what we wanted. Matthew is a very knowledgable and skilled builder who has an eye for detail and will consult with you on decisions that may improve your design. The build has been completed before it was due to start as a delay in another job left an opening that we could take advantage of. Even when the weather was not ideal Kevin the bricklayer continued to build and has done a great job of the walls. All of the subcontractors that Matthew has recommended have carried out their work to the same high standards which is testament to Matthew's overall approach. I have always got along with all my previous customers, with many people returning for future work. I always respect your home as if it where my own.I am happy working alone or as group,i have many sub-contractors to hand if needed. Gas safe plumber NICEIC electrician I find it very easy to organise any other trades. Also i can project manage any job of any size which takes the stress away from your selfs. I have good communication skills with all trades and all clients which have hired me in the past. I have always done my job properly and i am proud of the work i have done in the last 23 years. And proud that many clients have had me back to do moor work.I do not cut corners believing that if a job is worth doing then it should be done properly.At the same time keeping my prices fair.
