Mr Craig and his colleague were always punctual and polite. They always worked to an extremely high standard and worked carefully around myself and my animals. The job entailed raising the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, converting the bathroom into a wet room, bricking up the back door in the kitchen, removing and replacing the kitchen window, putting a new back door where the dining room window had been, building shallow steps with handrails to each side providing access to the garden. The job turned out to be much bigger than initially anticipated as the bathroom turned out to be hiding a multiplicity of bad workmanship which all had to be rectified before the job proper work could commence. All this was done and Mr Craig negotiated direct with the council so that I did not have to pay extra on top of the grant. The job was finished last week and I am completely delighted with the work. Finally they left the site completely clear of rubbish. A real pleasure to do business with, I would unhesitatingly use them again; very highly recommended.

Mike built our extension (20m sq approx.) which involved rerouting a number of waste, soil & rainwater pipes, blocking up an existing window, fitting two new windows, sliding doors and roof lantern and laying a new patio area. He started and finished the work on time and readily coped with adjustments we made to the plans. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Mike is a willing and able worker with an easy going, genial nature who wants to do a good job. We've asked him to quote for some addition work and I'm happy to recommend him.

Wally was a good decorator and painter. He did not however complete his brief which was to fit mirrors on the doors of the fitted wardrobes that he successfully installed. He said that he was having trouble finding the right sized mirrors. This job began before Christmas and is still not completed. Wally no longer answers our calls. We have no choice but to find another person to finish the job
