Latest review:Extensions-We chose Gerrie and son to build our extension, prices were agreed, a deposit was paid and a start date was booked. Everything was ready to start in two weeks and Paul came for a final pre work visit. During this visit, he looked at the party wall arrangement and commented that he’d not properly surveyed it on previous visits and that he was unsure how to do the work! This greatly concerned us and it caused a difficult conversation, with Paul making rude and derogatory comments which resulted in a total breakdown of trust. There had also been some misunderstanding with quotes, but nothing that couldn’t be sorted out. Following Paul’s last visit, he called us and offered to pay us back our deposit which we didn’t hesitate to accept!
