First class job by Kieren and the guys. They did 2 garden walls, 2 planters and a bbq and sink area for us, which included some not so standard details. They seemed as excited by the job as we were and its always great to have someone feel passion and pride in what they do. Reliable and nice guys too. PM Building epitomise what a modern day, professional building firm should aspire to be. Transparent pricing, a friendly team working 6, sometimes 7 days a week to get the job done quickly, an eye for detail and very high standard of final finish. All comms and the overall work is run through Bart, who answers to phone, text or email quickly and frequently outside normal working hours. This is ideal if you work during the day and cannot be around to oversee things directly. We also got PM Building to make us a bespoke kitchen, again very high quality and millimetre perfect. If I had to find some negatives, they are not the cheapest company you could find, but there again you get what you pay for; also, we developed a few issues with some retaining walls in the garden, however, they returned when I contacted them long after the work had finished and fixed them! All in all, an excellent, honest and professional company to deal with. I would, and have, recommended them to friends...nuff said.

Jon was able to take a failed project from a previous contractor and manage historic building preservation, regulation in Westminster, a lack of parking, plumbing from the Victorian age, and a demanding client to deliver a beautiful result. I love my garden flat extension, it manages to respect the historic nature of a building from the 1840s while also adding amenities to be proud of in 2025. Andy and his team did a good job replacing our bathroom and cloakroom. The job overran due to a couple of logistical problems with different tradesmen, but Andy did his best to minimise the disruption. Good communication and accurate quote, which was stuck to. Overall, we're happy with the outcome.

J&G did a fantastic job of renovating my kitchen, including removing the old units, altering a chimney breast according to Planning Permission guidelines, plastering, painting, moving the radiator, laying a new floor, running new electrics and fitting new units and appliances from Wren. Jurgen is an excellent communicator, always taking the time to explain what was going on and answering questions. I particularly appreciated his honesty about the structural challenges of altering an Edwardian chimney breast, proposing alternative solutions which were cheaper and less disruptive. The quality of the finish was really good - from the electrician and plumber to plasterers and painters, all his team took great pride in their workmanship, and were all polite and friendly. Although the overall length of the project got extended, Jurgen made sure all the snagging was thoroughly completed. Overall, highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with. I'd definitely hire Jurgen again.
