Told me he had laid engineered wood herringbone flooring before and ended destroyed my entire flooring. When they only laid just over half the flooring and had used over 90% of my flooring and took 9 hours to do so. Then told me they would need to come back to finnish tomorrow, I knew something wasnt right. After having a quick look at the work, I wasnt convinced and could tell they didnt know what they were doing as the work they had done looked night and day compairing to the same flooring in my livingroom. Ended up having to get a herringbone flooring professional come asses this work and see if this was salvegable as I knew quality was really bad. Professional advised us to lift it as not only it looked awful but gaps where huge, it was incorrectly laid and wouldnt last, wasnt water tight and he also found most the flooring wasnt even glue down. I have lost all my flooring and need to repurchase this. Would have gave a 0 but wouldnt let me. (AVOID AT ALL COSTS)
