CBK Design & Build did an excellent job of transforming my derelict deck into a bright usable patio. I am very pleased with the outcome… and so are the neighbours it would appear. They excelled in all aspects of the job 1. The Quote: Everything was clearly indicated and was very competitive. Any adjustments were made promptly and revised quote was immediately available. All queries were instantly answered and advice was also valuable. 2. The Work: Work started at indicated time on the agreed day. They were very quick and it was probably the worst week weather wise for this job. But they carried on despite that. The work was completed within the estimated time, with little or no wastage of material and to a high standard. All unexpected issues were quickly resolved and creatively too. Poor quality work from previous tradesmen was also rectified for no extra. 3. Attitude: Both Mehmet and Serkan worked with smiles on their faces through some of the worst weather, and all other unexpected issues with no complaints at all. Very positive work ethics. Extra points for doing their best to not upset or intrude into my special needs child’s space. They even used toilets at local gas station (even though we were ok with them using our facilities) to that effect. They are more like friends of the family now, and will definitely use them again. Thank you MyBuilder.com for a great tradesman.

I'm very pleased with the repair that Jack carried out on my garden wall. Even though it was a small job he took the time to do it properly and ensured the bricks that had fallen down were put back straight. It started raining a little on the day causing the cement to run. Jack returned a couple of days later to tidy it up like he said he would. On inspecting the wall today I noticed that the cement on the bricks on the inside of the wall did not look as neat as how it looks on the outside of the wall. Maybe the rain caused the cement to run too much, I don't know. Overall I am pleased though and I've asked Jack to quote for another job.

Tony and his team were phenomenal! Professional, courteous, reliable, tidy and quick. Tony's communication throughout the build was consistent, clear and precise. Tony really listened to me throughout the process; provided advice and options but most of all completed the project the way I needed it. The whole build went exceptionally smoothly, was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Tony's workmanship is excellent and the final finish spot on. I was really worried about finding the right builder for my project... I simply could not have found better. I have employed DL Construction to install a new kitchen and bathroom. They are still working in my house but so far their attitude towards their task and helpfulness have been exceptional. I can not comment about the final product yet but I am sure everything would be finished to a high standard. Nothing seems to be a problem for Javi. He always says 'yes please' and I think that is his middle name. I couldn't have asked for better. Well done (so far) Javi and everyone in DL Construction.
