Good value and reliable, but watch the finishing details. Overall, the main tradesman is very friendly and reliable. He turned up exactly on the agreed dates with his assistant. The pricing for the job was fair and competitive.However, the finer details and finishing work were lacking. They rushed to complete the job on a Friday evening, resulting in missed areas in the silicone sealant. Additionally, the boxed-in pipework was tiled crookedly, with one side visibly deeper than the other. When asked to fix this, the tradesman refused, stating it should have been spotted before they left. The assistant can also be a bit careless around walls.He is a good tradesman for the heavy work, but you must be on top of the details. Do not hand over final payment until you have thoroughly checked every single finish.
