Initially we were in touch with Dan about the installation of an extractor fan, but on his visit to the property it was clear that he'd be the right person to do much more. Essentially, he re-furbished the whole property, with a new kitchen, re-designed main bedroom, new front and back doors, a new flat roof over the bathroom, new shelving in the front room, painting throughout and clearing a derelict gazebo in the back garden. We were very happy with the advice and work that we received from Dan, including the way he brought in a couple of sub-contractors such as for carpentary and roofing.

Mark and the boys have been fantastic. From the professional and comprehensive quote that was provided, we were able to see exactly where the budget was being spent with a payment plan included. Nothing was to much for the team and Mark was always on site to liaise with structural engineers etc to offer his professional opinion and answer any queries.
