you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.

Cannot fault the work Tony undertook. Completed on time, finished to a very high standard, kept informed (we were away on holiday whilst work was being done). So pleased with the result, my daughter's room is what was the kitchen and looks beautiful. New kitchen fitted with new floor tiles and looks fantastic, boiler was moved etc. Can't recommend Tony enough and I will definitely use Marsdens again.

It was a pleasure to work with BRH. Abdullah and his team are highly skilled and extremely helpful. They completed the tiling work in our kitchen and bathroom, fitted our kitchen counters, helped us with building a cupboard to cover the fuse board in the kitchen and assisted with cutting down a couple of doors and fitting the shower door. Their workmanship is excellent. They were fast and efficient and completed the work in a couple of days. We will definitely use them again if we have another project to do. Thank you again!

I couldn’t recommend Donny highly enough. He rebuilt the brickwork on both sides at the front of my property and the transformation is incredible. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable and clearly takes real pride in his work. His attention to detail is excellent – the brickwork is straight, clean, level and beautifully finished, with great care taken over the brick layout, cuts and mortar joints. He also took the time to explain everything and made sure I was happy throughout the job. Looking at the before and after photos, it genuinely looks like a different house. Replacing the old timber sections with proper brickwork has completely transformed the front, making it look smarter, more modern and much more substantial. Donny was friendly, tidy and very easy to deal with. A genuinely skilled tradesman who cares about the finished result. 10/10 workmanship – I’ll definitely use Donny again and would recommend him without hesitation.

I immediately thought he was someone I could work with. His initial assessment of our house, he advised on best possible solutions to achieve our aims within budget. He invited me to visit the homes of his recent previous clients & obtain their feedback, which I did. Visiting two clients, they both spoke highly of Orgert & his team, sharing their positive experience and how Orgert has since completed work on their neighbours homes & family members homes too. Judging by the quality of work completed in both client's properties, I knew Orgert was the right builder for me. Responsive & prompt throughout, good communication, providing weekly status updates, even advising on where to source great deals on second fitting items saving us money. To say we are pleased with how well the project has gone & level of workmanship is an understatement! Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.

One of the best builders I have ever worked with. PMB take great pride in the work they do and finish to a exceptional level (even better than a lot of premium and expensive builders in the industry). Colin's knowledge about all aspects of building work is unmatched and that shows in the end product that he and his team delivered for me. PMB did a full refurbishment & substantial extension (everything knocked down except 3 external walls) - ground floor ext, first floor ext, loft extension, full re-wire, plumbing, gas, UFH, walls, plastering, fitting, decorating etc. His prices are reasonable and he advised when unexpected costs come up so I could make a decision on what to do. I will definitely use him again.
