Had three quotes for a base for a garden shed, Toma was the cheapest by far. We arranged a day for the work to be done, bit apprehensive because I never knew anything about the company. Mr Toma and two others turned up, what lovely people they were, especially Mr Toma, the job was highly professional, everything was tidied up. Would I use them again.........100%. We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. Jon was able to take a failed project from a previous contractor and manage historic building preservation, regulation in Westminster, a lack of parking, plumbing from the Victorian age, and a demanding client to deliver a beautiful result. I love my garden flat extension, it manages to respect the historic nature of a building from the 1840s while also adding amenities to be proud of in 2025. Alex and his team were amazing workers - worked late into the night on several occasions and always left everything so tidy They are all so skilled - they can do anything u need done - anything - brilliant all rounders The spraying of the kitchen is unbelievable it's like a brand new kitchen They also tiled for us and put up a new hood, installed a new worktop and put a new sink in - anything u need doing they can do and nothing is ever too much trouble for them In all the years we've been using tradesmen ( and we've done up several properties) they were the best, most hardworking, reliable, dedicated tradesmen I would recommend them to anyone We are so glad we found them as we will be using them for every job we need doing round the house Amazing!!!!
