Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.
