I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted. He and his team also were as tidy and considerate as possible and I highly recommend their services.

After spending months of planning and finding the perfect company to execute our Porch we decided to Hire Has Constructions LTD. We are very thrilled with everything that was done. Everything has been completed to the highest standard and exceeded all expectations. You can genuinely tell they take pride in their work as they always go above and beyond for every task to ensure perfection and satisfaction. Anyone considering Has Constructions LTD should not hesitate and should contact them for a quote. They may be new to MyBuilder but certainly not new to the trade. They have decades of experience and knowledge. My family found them very experienced and knowledgeable with all regulations and trade standards. In our Porch, some of the tasks they completed included, foundations, block and brick work, guttering, drainage, new roof, roof tiling, electrical planning and wiring, plasterboards, lighting, plastering, painting, tiling, interior door frame and door installation, installation of a composite door with side glass panes, celotex insulations, k render finish and laying driveway paving. Victor (Vica) laid some engineered oak wood flooring for us in a house that we bought at the end of 2013. The house needed lots of work doing and the new flooring was just one of the many jobs undertaken by Victor and carried out to a very high standard for us. He always paid attention to detail, ensured that the flooring was level and that the new skirting board fitted flush to the floorboards. He was also always able to provide a solution to any problems encountered during the renovation works. AMAZING CONTRACTORS ! Mali Constructions did an absolutely amazing job. They were professional and vey friendly. The works took 3 weeks and Mali ensured the works were carried out with high expertise. Such a smooth and great service and worthy every penny. We were absolutely delighted with Lino and his services. He was incredibly patient , as our flat purchase was delayed. We required a total gutting off our flat, with new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, painting, and all the rest. He had great communication throughout. He showed up on time with his team each day , and was so professional throughout. We went to Lino for advice throughout the process. He never said any of our plans were not possible- he always either said yes, or provided another option. This was such a great help. I would recommend Lino to anyone.
