I would highly recommend these guys. They did a very high quality job decorating my lounge, dining room, hallway and stairs. They started the job on time, worked through the weekend to get the job finished in good time, left the place clean and tidy at the end of every day, and cleaned up immaculately at the end of the job. The price was also very competitive compared with other quotes I received. I hope they are available again in a few months time when I have more decorating that needs to be done.

ELB Construction completed some major garden works for me and constructed a garden office. It was a big piece of work with a lot of earth moving, significant foundations and a lot of brickwork. The ELB team, specifically Jimmy the site manager, were fantastic, always giving me the right advice about things I was not knowledgeable about, always focussed on a quality finish and flexible when we had some challenges with our neighbours. The finish is great, communication was always open and honest and they were very competitively priced. My brother in law is in corporate construction and was specifically very impressed with the quality of the brickwork that Jimmy and the team produced. Thank you to the whole team!

I would definitely recommend Step-Up Contractors - they have done a really fantastic and great quality job of refurbishing our bathroom and ensuite shower room. They were very professional, friendly and communicated really well with us throughout the whole process. They tidied up every evening before they left and were very considerate. They did such a good job that we have asked them to come back soon to complete kitchen flooring work for us!

Jon was able to take a failed project from a previous contractor and manage historic building preservation, regulation in Westminster, a lack of parking, plumbing from the Victorian age, and a demanding client to deliver a beautiful result. I love my garden flat extension, it manages to respect the historic nature of a building from the 1840s while also adding amenities to be proud of in 2025. Very pleased with our choice. We initially got four quotes from different builders, most of them were terrible at communicating apart from Alfred. He was very easy to work with, responsive and very careful with our brand new house. His team was hard working, tidy and fast. They completely renovated our garden from removal of old decking and gravel to setting up new fences, levelling and turfing the ground. They also removed our old kitchen, partition wall and carpet, as well as did jobs like plastering, building a wall and set up lights and shelves. We’ll surely have him back soon to work on other jobs.
