Top man is Laurence. A small job turned into roughly 3-4 months of work across more than one property. Great builder too who is adept in most areas from bricklaying, rendering, plastering, building furniture, woodwork and just about everything in-between. Capable in most aspects of building. Not your typical builder and a genuinely lovely guy nd very knowledgeable.

ONR are extremely professional, and totally focussed on attention to detail, to ensure that their clients are completely satisfied with their work. All their team are meticulous in the work they undertake, and are very tidy, whether working outside or inside. To say they are perfectionists really underplays their attitude to a job, and the regular communication with the client is always informative. Tibi Construction transformed our home, and the standout areas were the open-plan living space, en-suite renovation, and extensive plastering work. The quality of the plastering throughout the house was exceptional, with perfectly smooth walls and ceilings that have completely modernised the property. The open-plan living area was a major project, and the team handled everything professionally, creating a fantastic space that has become the heart of our home. Their attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding from start to finish. They also completely stripped out and rebuilt our en-suite, installing a new top-fed shower, toilet, sink, and full tiling. The finish is superb and looks far more expensive than the cost of the project. What impressed me most was their honesty and transparency. Material costs were always clearly explained, there were no hidden charges, and communication was excellent throughout. The team were reliable, hardworking and overall outstanding

Hello everyone, Firstly my name is Paul Rozycki. For the last 20 years I’ve been involved in many aspects of tiling, carpentry and wet room/bathroom installations across Wiltshire and throughout the Cotswolds. I have been fortunate enough to have never needed to advertise throughout this period. The last 10 years I have been solely focused on what I referred to as my bread and butter working at The Lakes by Yoo in Lechlade. Unfortunately this work has sadly come to an end and so have decided to change direction in my approach to acquiring work. If I were to describe myself I would say I’m a specialist in wetroom installations, standard tiling and specialist tiling, including large format, all types of stone etc I have many years experience in general carpentry as well as plumbing and general building works. I’m very approachable, offering my clients my knowledge and expertise to achieve their visions to the highest of standards. Neil has not been to the moon, but he has supplied us with some amazing drawings for our extension, he was more than happy to listen to our thoughts and give us lots of options for our extension. The planning application went through in record time and Neil took care of everything for us. He was only slightly more expensive than others we spoke to but his standards are miles above the rest. Our builders have said that they do not need to think about the build as the instruction on our drawings are so easy to follow. Thank you Neil, much appreciated.
