Others builders seemed to lack the communication skills to answer building related questions for those not in the industry. James however seemed to explain all details of the build to a high level, giving us reassurance. We would highly recommend Oakcrest Homes to others looking for a lovely new home design or build. Catalin completely transformed both bathrooms! He listened to our requests and has come with good solutions to our problems, including recessed shelves and replacing the hot water cylinder with a combi boiler, to give us more space in the bathroom. The work was done to a very high standard and has helped us to source materials and sanitary ware. Catalin and his team has done a fabulous job! I highly recommend him!

Floor lifted after less than 6 months. Not replies, not guarantee, not interested once money was paid. Also son damaged a door as inexperienced and nothing got resolved. Again, not answer. Contacted in multiple occasions Gave enough opportunities to remediate the problem but not response. Not very professional Or honest. Matter in court now.
