From start to finish, Bogdan and his team were exceptional. After dealing with a previous builder who caused numerous delays, I found SBG Services. Bogdan came by the same day to assess the job and impressed me with his extensive knowledge. Given my tight schedule, he got to work immediately. I’ve never seen a builder work as hard as his team; they labored tirelessly from morning to night to ensure the project was completed promptly without compromising quality. Every trade I've had since has commented on their attention to detail. In just three weeks, they completed two extensions and transformed my garden. I will definitely be calling Bogdan back to handle my front garden early next spring.

We hired Luca for a job that involved a variety of work across our entire flat. Being totally new to renovation work and having been stung by other builders, meeting Luca was a breath of fresh air – he was friendly, helpful and honest. Luca did an great job for a very reasonable price. He’s fairly new to contracting bigger jobs, but he’s got a lot of previous experience as a tradesman and his plastering in particular was perfect – we’ve had loads of compliments on the quality of his walls and ceilings. He was always on time, always communicated with us fully, and was a pleasure to have around the flat. He made a real effort to keep disruption as minimal as possible and was very patient with us about stuff needing to be moved from one place to another. It wasn’t the easiest job and there were a couple of problems and extras, but Luca takes a lot of pride in his trade and worked extremely hard to keep us happy. We had a couple of plumbing issues arise but he went well above and beyond to resolve them, coming back for 2 days after the job was due to be finished to make sure that everything was working properly. This is far more than we expected, and we did really trust that Luca wasn’t the sort of person that would leave anything unfinished. We’re so chuffed that we met Luca and with the excellent work he did, and would love to work with him again. Luca is going to go on to big things, so if you get the chance to hire him now, we'd recommend him without hesitation.
