David has completed a couple of jobs for me now, most recently he has carried out some floor tiling on a job I have as main builder. The tiling was done to a lovely standard, very neat and tidy and he cleaned up very well at the end of each day, leaving the property nice and clean. He is a nice chap to do business with, very personable and easy to talk to and communicate with. I have also found him easy to get hold of which isn't the case with others I have used. David is very reliable, he was there at 8am prompt and worked hard. I will continue to use him because I like what he does.

A while ago I decided I needed an extension to my house to give a study and space for my sofa bed so had plans drawn up. These were not ideal with a step down into the room and other details but a planning application was made and passed. I asked for quotes and it was only Adam and his quote that gave me the feeling that he knew what was needed. Other people were vague and the only other written quote excluded plumbing and electrics costs. I therefor chose Adam and it was obviously the correct decision. He managed to redesign the plans to give a level entry into the room and submitted the changes to the planners. He dealt with all problems as they arose including a difficulty with the surface water drain position. We used to have tea and biscuits at 3 in the afternoon when I was kept aware of what was going on and problems discussed. His main aim all through was to make sure I ended up with what I needed. Other work on the house was also done and he has been asked by neighbours to do some jobs after they saw his work. We have plans for future changes. Only problem could be a need to not run out of Ginger Snap biscuits.

Started off brilliantly. Worked full days, friendly, professional. But once work was nearly finished builders disappeared carpenters only came occasionally. Still waiting weeks later for carpentry work, electrical work and final building work to be completed. Very disappointed, would be loath to recommend this company to anyone. Still hoping they will return to finish.
